Oboe
Oboe is an AI learning app that turns a single prompt into a structured, cited course on almost any subject. Built by Nir Zicherman and Michael Mignano, the pair who sold Anchor to Spotify, it returns whole chaptered lessons in seconds — a course can even come back as a podcast between two hosts.

The page is almost entirely empty: a warm off-white field, a hairline rail down the left edge, and a single centred column that never widens. A small line-drawn rabbit sniffing a flower sits above “AI for Learning”, set in a light, wide-tracked old-style serif closer to a book title page than a product headline, with the grey sans subhead deliberately quieter beneath it. The rounded input and its five suggested topics, ruled off in thin lines and warm brown type, read like a contents page rather than a chat prompt. For a tool selling structure over conversation, the restraint is the argument.
