Emergent

Emergent is an AI app builder that turns a plain-language description into a working web or mobile app, aimed at people who have never written code. Twin brothers Mukund and Madhav Jha launched it out of Y Combinator and reached $50M in annual revenue in seven months.

Notes

The hero splits in two: a quiet white column where the sign-in panel — Google, GitHub, Apple, email, phone — sits directly beneath the headline, and a rounded aqua-gradient card carrying a product carousel with a Y Combinator S24 badge pinned to its corner. Putting the login where most launch pages put a hero image is a bet that visitors arrive already sold. Below, the pacing stays generous: an accordion of three capabilities beside one device mockup, then a grey pricing band of three cards and no comparison table. Letterspaced uppercase eyebrows and a lowercase wordmark keep it understated for a product this loud in the press.
